What’s a “Fix”?

Most website issues take just a few minutes. If we can handle it in 15 minutes or less, it’s included free every month.

15-Minute Fixes Include:

• Text updates and edits
• Swapping images
• Fixing broken links or forms
• Plugin troubleshooting
• Updating contact information
• Basic SEO tweaks (meta descriptions, titles)
• Minor design adjustments
• Bug fixes and error resolution

What’s NOT a Fix?

Bigger projects aren’t covered by your monthly time:

• New page layouts or templates
• Custom functionality or features
• Full site redesigns
• E-commerce product setup (bulk imports, etc.)
• Major integrations with third-party tools
• Building new sections from scratch

When You Need More:

If your request takes longer than 15 minutes or involves new development, we’ll let you know and provide an estimate. Additional work is billed at $200/hour.
