What’s a “Fix”?

Most website issues and requests can be handled in 60 minutes or less. If we can fix it or update it in under 60 minutes, it’s included for free every month.

60-Minute Fixes Include:

• Everything in the 30-Minute Fix list, PLUS:
• Multiple page updates
• More complex troubleshooting
• Setting up new forms
• Adding team members or services
• Gallery updates
• Menu restructuring
• More extensive content edits
• Performance improvements
• Monthly content refreshes

What’s NOT a Fix?

Bigger development projects take many hours of work and aren’t covered by your monthly included time:

Not Covered (but we can quote you):

• New page layouts or templates
• Custom functionality or features
• Full site redesigns
• E-commerce product setup (bulk imports, etc.)
• Major integrations with third-party tools
• Building new sections from scratch
• Extensive content creation or migration

Think of it this way: If it’s maintaining what you have → it’s a fix. If it’s building something new → it’s a project.

When You Need More:

If your request takes longer than 60 minutes or involves new development, we’ll let you know and provide an estimate. Additional work is billed at $150/hour, starting after your free 60 minutes are up.

Your included time doesn’t roll over month-to-month (use it or lose it).
